Consumer Fraud Overview
The challenging U.S. economy has consumer fraud on the rise. A Federal Trade Commission study showed 30.2 million Americans were victims of some type of consumer fraud in 2007. Protecting yourself from consumer fraud requires a high level of awareness and a focus on keeping your personal information secure.
